Observation/Result (OBX) Segment
Each OBX segment in the ORU message reports a single result or alert. There can be
multiple OBX segments in an ORU message.
An OBX segment can report the following:
• Measurement results
• Alerts (physiological alarms)
• Weight and Height of the patient

This section describes the OBX segment that reports trend data.
