Negative ACK Message Syntax
Negative ACK Message Syntax
The Negative ACK message is sent from the monitor to the server if the QRY from the
server is invalid or if there is no patient record to export.
Negative ACK Message Segments
The following table describes the segments within the Negative ACK message.
Note — Each message segment consists of a variable number of lines, each ending with
a carriage return character. In the examples, long lines are broken for display
purposes, and the carriage return character is indicated by <CR>.
Examples:
The following Negative ACK message from the monitor to the server indicates that the
query is invalid.
