Observation Reporting (ORF) Message Syntax
Observation/Result (OBX) Segment
Each OBX segment in the ORF message reports a single measurement. There can be
multiple OBX segments in an ORF message.
Examples:
These OBX segments contain the following measurements: SpO
2
(98%); systolic NBP (122
mmHg); diastolic NBP (85 mmHg); mean NBP (98 mmHg); Pulse Rate (80 bpm) derived
from SpO
2
; ECG respiration (20 rpm); Predictive temperature (37.4°C). All of the results
are final.

no NBP measurement on the monitor screen:
