Adding postage to your SendPro® Shipping account
There is no option to add or view your postage balance in SendPro®. Instead, SendPro® will charge
each transaction to:
l Your Pitney Works account
l Your Canada Post account
You can sign up for a Pitney Works account by following the directions about Pitney Works on the Pitney
Bowes website (pitneybowes.com/ca). Go to pitneybowes.com/ca and search for "What is
PitneyWorks". Once you have a Pitney Works account, you can view and pay your Pitney Works bills
using one of the payment options described there.
You can sign up for a Canada Post account on the Canada Post website. When using a Canada Post
account, your SendPro transactions will be applied to your Canada Post account. Log into your Canada
Post account to view and pay your Canada Post bill.
