Counting mail
You can count how many pieces of mail you run:
1. From the Run Mail screen, select the counter button at the bottom of the screen. The button is
labeled either as Resettable counter, or Total pieces depending on the job type.
l Postal jobs:
o
Total Pieces - the total number of mail pieces and the postage amount for the current job.
o
Resettable counter - the total number of pieces run and the total postage amount since
you reset the counter.
l Seal only jobs:
o
Total Pieces - total number of seal only pieces.
o
Resettable counter - the total number of seal only pieces run since you reset the counter.
l Non-postal jobs:
o
Total Pieces - total number of non-postal only pieces.
o
Resettable counter - the total number of non-postal only pieces run since you reset the
counter.
2. You can reset the resettable counter (or clear the batch count) by selecting the Reset to Zero
button.
