This procedure describes how to prevent and fix most WEIGH-ON-THE-WAY® (W-O-W®) issues on
your Connect+® 500W / SendPro® P1500, Connect+® 2000 / SendPro® P2000 and Connect+® 3000
/ SendPro® P3000.
1. Lift the (a) feeder W-O-Wtransport cover and the (b) printer cover.
2. Remove any debris (like paper clips or rubber bands) from the W-O-W deck.
