Clearing the mail piece path on your
Connect+® 500W / SendPro® P1500 / Connect+®
2000 / SendPro® P2000
This procedure describes the correct method for clearing a stoppage or envelope jam on your
Connect+® 2000 / SendPro® P2000 but is very similar to the Connect+® 500W / SendPro® P1500
system.
1. Lift the (a) feeder W-O-Wtransport cover and the (b) printer cover.
