Withdrawing the meter
Contact your Pitney Bowes representative if you need to return your meter.
Note:
Pitney Bowes must authorize a meter withdrawal.
When instructed, follow the procedure here.
1. Select the Funds button in the Mailing tile on the Home screen.
2. Select the Meter information tab.
3. Select Withdraw meter.
l If Pitney Bowes has authorized the withdrawal, a dialog box appears indicating that funds are
being transferred and the meter is being withdrawn. Select OK once the process is complete.
l If Pitney Bowes has not authorized the withdrawal, a dialog box appears indicating that the
meter cannot be withdrawn.
4. Select Done to return to the Home screen.
