The Packages screen
NOTE:
This feature may not be available in all markets. For further advice please contact your local Pitney
Bowes office.
You can use the Packages screen to list all of the packages on the system.
1. Select the Packages button on the Receiving tile on the Home screen.
l You can sort the list by date in descending or ascending order by selecting the down arrow for
the Receiving column.
l You can also search for a particular package in the search field (enter carrier, tracking number,
recipient or sender).
2. Select the > arrow to the left of the Received column to reveal complete details for a package.
l Select View More to see the complete package history, including time stamps.
l Select Edit to information for the package.
l Select Delete to remove the package record.
