You can manage operator access the following functions:
l Change data center backup URL
l Change default refill settings
l Change distributor URL
l Perform a balance inquiry
l Postage Refill
l Print funds report on machine
l Print refill receipts
l Print refill summary
l Reset batch counter
l Reset IntelliLink Factory Settings
l Withdraw a meter
1. Select the Settings button in the Mailing tile on the Home screen.
2. Select System from the list on the left side of the screen.
3. Select Users.
4. Select the Roles setup tab.
5. Select the Operator user role.
6. Select the functions in the Allow access to: list that you want users to be able to perform.
l A check box with a check mark indicates that all operators will have access to the function.
l An empty check box indicates that all operators will not have access to the function.
7. Select the Home button to return to the Home screen.
