If you misplaced your receipt or did not print it, you can reprint the receipt for your last postage refill.
This receipt duplicates the receipt printed at the time of the refill and includes the following:
l
Refill date:The date and time of the refill.
l
Postage in meter before refill: The postage funds available for processing before the refill
was performed.
l
Refill amount: The amount of the refill.
l
Postage in meter after refill: The postage funds available for processing after the refill was
performed.
l
Prepaid balance: The amount of funds remaining in your PB Postage account.
l
Purchase Power available: The amount of funds in your Purchase Power account.
l
PbP Account Number: Your PB Postage account number.
l
Meter number: The serial number of the internal meter.
l
Meter name: This field is blank.
l
Printed: The date and time the report gets printed.
Printing a refill summary report
The refill summary report provides a history of the last five refills performed on your system.
Follow these steps to print a copy of the refill summary report:
1. Select Reports from the Home screen.
2. Select Refill Summary.
3. Select Start to print the receipt on an envelope, or select Tape to print the receipt on a tape.
4. Select Done to return to the Home screen.
The refill summary report includes the following:
l
The date, time and amount of the last 5 refills.
l
The PB Postage account number.
l
The date the report gets printed.
