Advancing the date
You can advance the date to print a date up to thirty days ahead.
1. Ensure that the appropriate job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen.
2. Select the desired date option:

Print today's date
l
Today + 1
l
Select from calendar
3. Select the desired format option.
4. Select OK.
Changing the machine speed
Change the speed to prevent jamming when feeding mail through the meter.
1. Ensure that the appropriate job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen.
2. Select Machine speed from the Mail Information list box on the left side of the Run Mail screen.
3. Select the appropriate setting (Normal, Reduced, Slow).
4. Select OK when done.
Changing the envelope size
Follow these steps to change the envelope size.
1. Ensure that the appropriate job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen.
2. Tap anywhere within the envelope on the Run Mail screen..
3. Select the Envelope size option from the list box on the left of the Edit envelope screen.
4. Select the appropriate size (#10, Flat, Post Card, Custom).
5. Select OK.
