7. PROPORTIONER PURGING
1. Turn Hydrualic Pressure Control (See Figure 5 on page 13) fully COUNTERCLOCK-
WISE.
2. Turn ON Main Power (See Figure 6 on page 15). Green pilot will light.
3. Turn ON Control Power (See Figure 6 on page 15). Switch will light.
4. Turn ON Motor Power (See Figure 6 on page 15). Switch will light.
5. Set Pump Switch (See Figure 6 on page 15) to NORMAL. Turn Hydraulic Pressure
Control CLOCKWISE increasing material pressure to 400 psi (28 bar). Both Material
Pressure Gauges (See Figure 4 on page 12) should approximately read the same. Check
all Heated Hose Coupling connections for leakage.
6. Check all TSU and ”Fast-Lock” connections for leaks.
7. Bundle all Heated Hose Connections ensuring that there are NO kinks in the TSU
Cable or Air Hose. Wrap with Electrical Tape to securely hold all components in place
and minimize places for bundle to snag onto job site protrusions.
