Pre-purge: The user can choose to activate either double nozzles or the working nozzle. When
the Pre-purge function is ON, the printer will fire ink droplets at the desired setting level during idle
periods in the printing process. This will keep the nozzle plate warm and moist to eliminate the dried
ink phenomenon. Five levels to choose from: Close (off), Low, Middle, High, and Custom. At
separated mode you can set the P1, P2 pre-purge separately.
Default setting is off.
If selecting low, middle or high settings, pre-purge parameters will be set automatically.
When setting to custom, the user can set the interval from 1 to 3600. For example, input
is 10 seconds. Then once selected ‘start printing’ and before the sensor signal, every 10 seconds
printer will spit some ink drops to keep the nozzles wet.
Object width:Input object’s width, then the pre-purge will not work between the setting
range. In separated mode you can set the P1, P2 object’s width separately.
Pre-print:When turning on this function, the printer will spray ink to wash the nozzles each
time an object is sensed. This function will only work in pre-purge mode.
