Note: If you do not add the built to object, then it will be deleted automatically after saving
the message.
3.1.4 Edit message
Select the object which you need to edit in the list, select【Edit object】to enter the editing
interface. The printer will load the message settings and content automatically, user can the edit or
modify and return to save.
If editing the message which is printing, it will popup hint: message is printing and cannot be
edited. If you select ‘Yes’ to stop printing first, it will stop printing automatically and enter the edit
interface. If no, it will not stop printing, and user will be unable to edit.
When the MSG with dynamic source (Counter, Device Info, Date Time, Scan, Shift) has print
records, edit this MSG and save i. It will prompt to 【Save】【Not Save】【Save As】【Cancel】
options.
【Save As】: Retain the original MSG, and create a new MSG. It has no effect for reprinting
original message.
【Save】: The original MSG will be replaced; the print records will be cleared and cannot be
reprinted.
【Not Save】:Will not save the modified message and revert to the original MSG.
【Cancel】:Stay at edit interface.
3.1.5 Copy/Paste Message
Select the message in list, click【Copy】, and then select any position from the list, click【
Paste】, the message will be copied and named as the original with “C1” at the end. For example, if
original message is MSG001, the copied MSG will be named as “MSG001C1”. (In separate mode,
copy/paste is only valid with corresponding lists.)
 You can select multiple items to copy and paste them at the same time.
 If copied several times, only the last copied message(s) will be pasted.
3.1.6 Delete Message
Select the message(s) in the list, click 【Delete】, yes to delete or no to cancel.
