cannot be
turned on
1.No power input
Make sure the AC power input on
the adapter is correct, also check
that the DC output on the adapter
is connected with the printer.
Check if the power adapter
light is green and normal.
Replace with a new adapter if
the light is dead, dim or
blinking.
2. Printer switch
not turned on
Make sure the printer power switch
is turned ON.
3. Device damaged
Contact local dealer or after-sale
service

Printer
does not
print
1. Printing not started
Click “Start printing button to start
printing.
2. No printing data.
Select a file and click the
“Start printing” button
3. Printing delay value
too long
Check if the printing delay value is
normal.
4. Cartridge not
installed.
Install a cartridge.
5. Cartridge installed
but used up or
damaged
Check cartridge status according to
Section 5.7, is ink used up or is
the cartridge dealer code wrong?
If the ink is used up or the
cartridge dealer code is wrong,
replace with a new cartridge.
6. Photocell not working
Testing Photocell refer to
Section 5.2.2 to see if output
counter is working in printing report
When connect with external
photocell, click for
photocell signal test interface
7. Encoder is
connected but
damaged
Check if the encoder and its
connection wire are in good
condition; check if the production
line is running normally
To test the encoder is
functioning correctly
click for the encoder
signal test interface, move the
encoder to check if the
encoder works.
