4. CONTROL OUTPUT
It is to set the items related to control output.
1) CONTROL REEL: It is to set a scroll which controls tension.

Setting item: A, B
2) CONTROL POL.: It is to set the direction of control output.

Setting item: NORMAL, REVERSE
- NORMAL: In case that measured tension is lower than target tension,
output value goes up.
- REVERSE: It does opposite operation against forward direction.
3) EXCITATION(% RO): This set-up is able to keep magnetism to
prevent powders inside powder brake and
clutch from being lumped.
- Setting range: 0.0 ~ 100.0
- If control tension becomes OFF, output does not go down lesser than
set-up values.
4) OUTPUT LMT(% RO): It is to set the maximum values of control
tension.
- Setting range: 0.0 ~ 100.0
- Control output dose not go up more than set-up values.
5) PRE OUT-A(% RO): It is to set the standby voltage of A shaft when
switching a shaft.
- Setting range: 0.0 ~ 100.0
6) PRE OUT-B(% RO): It is to set the standby voltage of B shaft when
switching a shaft.
- Setting range: 0.0 ~ 100.0
7) REEL CHANGE(sec): It is to set the standby time when switching a
shaft.
- Setting range: 0.0 ~ 100.0
- The standby output will be generated to a switched shaft during set-
up standby time.
8) CHANGE COMP.(sec): It is to set the time which is kept after
completing shaft switch.
- Setting range: 0.0 ~ 999.9
- After completing switching a shaft, the standby output will be
generated to a shaft which was used before during set-up complete
times.

It is only able to use this shaft switch function in PR-DTC-4100.AD.
