Installation
1. Clean the running belt, deck, and Take-up roller.
2. Carefully insert the Take-up roller through the running belt:
a. On new take-up roller installations, the left and right orientation does not mat-
ter,
b. On used rollers that are being reinstalled, insert the roller so that the marked
left roller end is on the frame left side and the marked right roller end is on the
frame right side.
CAUTION: While inserting the take-up roller, make sure the roller does not drag
across the deck causing damage to the deck and/or belt surfaces.
3. Set the flat side of the roller shaft onto the Spacer block so that the tension adjust-
ment bolt threads are horizontal. Make sure that the Spacer blocks are installed so
that the direction arrows are pointing outward towards the frame rail.
