5.4 Mount laser and RS5 BT sensor
1. Mount the RS5 BT sensor on the support posts of the bracket fixed on the shaft
of the right machine (usually moveable machine). The yellow locking knobs
should be loose enough to allow the sensor slide onto the support posts.
2. Clamp the sensor onto the support posts by tightening the yellow knobs.
3. Mount the RS5 laser on the support posts of the bracket fixed on the shaft of
the left machine (usually reference machine) – as viewed from normal working
position. Ensure that the yellow locking knobs are loosened enough to let you
slide the housing onto the support posts. Ensure that the laser can pass over or
through the coupling and is not blocked.
