The command is used to read the voltage value of ADC channel.

If there is any error related to ME functionality:

<bcs> Battery charge status
0 ME is not charging
1 ME is charging
2 Charging has been finished
<bcl> Battery charge level
0-100 Battery has 0-100 percent of capacity remaining vent
<voltage> Battery voltage (Mv)

<port> Channel number of the ADC

<status> Indicate whether the ADC value is read successfully
