Note: Do not use a paper towel or tissue. If a torn piece or dust of the paper towel or
tissue enters inside of the printer, a printer failure could result.
1 Raise the transport unit lever.
2 Pull the transport unit lever while holding the printer with one hand so that it does
not move.
3 Pull out the transport unit with both hands as shown in the illustration.
