Removing a Media Jam
If a media jam occurs during printing, an error message will be displayed and printing
will be suspended.
Caution: Do not pull out the printed media from the ejection slot or printing problems
may occur.
1 Raise the transport unit lever.
2 Pull the transport unit lever while holding the printer with one hand so that it does
not move.
