Remote Technical Assistance
If you experience any issues or technical problems with your NVR system that this user
guide fails to resolve, then our Qvis technical support team are always happy to help.

Most enquries are usually solved via email or through direct telephone contact, but if
necessary the team are able to remotely access your NVR using the ‘TeamViewer’
applicaon installed within the NVR. Please make sure your NVR is connected to the
Internet for this service to work correctly.
Much like a standard home PC, the Qvis NVR has a taskbar along the boom of the screen
containing a few useful buons. You may have to hover the mouse cursor over the boom
of the screen to make the taskbar appear.
Clicking on this buon will bring up the ‘Team Viewer’
remote connecon soware, so that our technical support
team can help you solve any issues or queries.
NOTE: This is only used for support. Use the ‘QVIS Viewer’ applicaon suite for
normal remote video viewing and NVR access.
By giving the technical team the ID and Password (highlighted by the red box above), they
will be able to take control of the NVR system to invesgate and resolve issue(s).
