Note: sub-card type 1-3 added three kinds of sub-card: 10FXS, 10FXO and nSnO models, increase
the number of channels to 10, increase 10-line mode, this card can be used as 8-linel card (10-line
mode: disable) or as 10-line card (10-line mode: enable) Other configurations follow the original
rules. In the 10-line card mode will show as the following pattern:
