Moisture control via P1 incorrect
Set the unit to cold (40 °C) and the "steam" operating mode.
Determine P1 value in diagnosis
P1 value approx. 0.5 V
P1 sensor fault, replace (3017.1011)
Sensor must be installed horizontally.
Pull the fan wheel and clean the hose connection.
P1 value approx. 1 - 2 V
Check temperature thermocouple humidity B4 when the temperature
in the cooking cabinet is 93 °C.
Carry out manual calibration after installing the fan wheel
Follow the fault tree:
Non-uniform cooking result, moisture problems
Temperature B4 reaches at least 90°C
Pull off the connecting hose to P1. Can you
blow through the hose?
Connection hose to p1 blocked.
P1 value approx. 2.7 - 4.7V
Follow the "Manual humidity calibration" procedure
Check insulation thermocouple B4 behind
the fan motor.
Check error history for errors 55 and 56
