Basic requirements: The temperature sensor cooking cabinet B1 (<40 °C), thermocouple control valve B2 (<65 °C) and thermocouple humidity B4 (<40°)
It is recommended that the steam generator is rinsed to enable sufficient cooling of the components. The following table shows examples of different
unit types: 600m above sea level. Tip: The values may vary depending on the altitude and humidity.
Check the voltage values on the display
Set steam to boiling point and time
Activate data window
Closing the cooking cabinet door
Alternative test:
Measure the voltage directly on the I/O board at X1 with the voltage
measuring device.
When the steam temperature is reached, the P1 value must drop to the value shown in the table.
The displayed P1 value should be within the range of the table values.
Value for P1 is OK If the humidity control P1 is OK
