A second self-test is only necessary if the unit is installed in a new location that is more than 300 m higher or lower than the first. The calibration is
included in the self-test and therefore described in more detail here. A new steam generator volume is determined here.
Press "Start"
The menu opens
Push the GN container into the middle of the cooking cabinet at the level of the fan wheels and switch on the unit.
At the service level, click on Launcher (tool key), Basic settings tab, then on the Calibration button
Basic requirements: The temperature sensor cooking cabinet B1 (<40 °C), thermocouple control valve B2 (<65 °C) and thermocouple humidity B4 (<40°)
It is recommended that the steam generator is rinsed to enable sufficient cooling of the components.
Now the unit checks the temperature sensors B1, B2 and B4
If B1 and B4 are too hot, Cool down is started by pressing "Continue".
Also open the cooking cabinet door.

Restart calibration after the error has been remedied.
