Check the solenoid valve Y5/Y15 for dirt or blockage preventing
opening.
Note on the iCareSystem module test:
Select service level (TECLEVEL) -> "CleanJet & Care"
launcher -> "Module test" tab -> "Module test
iCareSystem".
If the solenoid valve Y5/15 does not open, no fresh air can be supplied,
meaning that the steam saturation builds up more and more.
Remove the side panel of the unit.

Disconnect the connector from contact X11 of the I/O board and check
the output voltage with a multimeter.
Is 12 V measured
when Y5/Y15 is triggered, e.g. in the event of
steam?
Replace the I/O board.

No
Connect the connector on contact X11 on the I/O board again.
Yes
Disconnect the connector on solenoid valve Y5/Y15. Check the input voltage
with a multimeter.
