The unit is running, but steam and hot air are not working.
S3 could be damaged or incorrectly installedCheck if the door sensor S3 shows "1" when the door is closed
Check if the unit is configured in Show mode
Check if the SSRs are supplied by the 12VDC. (Connection A10 - X24)
Switch off Show mode
The unit does not heat up
If all of the aforementioned conditions are OK, check the
processes (steam-hot air) in the manual process
b. Sensor fault
c. eSTL electr. Circuit faulty
a. Temperature too high. Reset the eSTL
Open the left side panel of the unit and
check if the eSTL
a. Temperature too high
b. Sensor fault
c. Electronic eSTL circuit faulty
Replace eSTL
Check that the main contactor is closed.
Check if it is damaged or receives no
voltage
The unit heats up in both modes
The I/O board is
damaged. Replace this
If the hot air and/or steam heating elements are supplied with
voltage but cannot be heated, they are damaged. Please replace.
The one or several SSRs are
damaged.
Replace SSR.
