Example of full border spreading during normal fertilisation
(Serial equipment for TELIMAT and/or serial equipment for TELIMAT T 25):
Figure 8.15: Full border spreading in normal fertilisation mode
Full border spreading in normal fertilisation mode refers to a spreading technique
in which a bit more fertiliser lands beyond the boundary of the field. Therefore,
there is just a slight underfertilisation at the field boundary.
The following settings are to be applied to the machine according to the fertiliser
chart:
Specified parameters:
Type of fertiliser: KAS BASF
Application rate: 300 kg/ha
Working width: 24 m
Forward speed: 12 km/h
Mounting height: 50/50 (A = 50 cm, B = 50 cm)
Drop point: 6
Metering slide adjustment: 180
Spreading disc type: S4
PTO speed: 540rpm
TELIMAT settings: S13
