SUBJECT: COLOR MIS-REGISTRATION
SYMPTOM:
The copy produced has vertical mis-alignment of colors in the sub-scan direction.
CAUSE:
1. The Drive Belt tension is mis-adjusted.
2. The Set Screw for the Transfer Belt Gear is loose.
3. The Pressure Springs (AA063491) have become weak, allowing the Transfer Belt to slip.

Loosen then tighten this screw
to correct the Transfer Drive
Belt tension. Replace the Belt if
it shows signs of wear.
Tighten this set-screw.
