Pedestal
Inspect the pedestal.

Verify that the four (4)screwsholding the pedestal to the base of the Solution are present and tightened to the appropriate
torque.
Robot
l
Inspect the flanged joint between the robot’s base and the pedestal.
l
Verify that the six (6) boltsat the base of the robot are present and tightened to the appropriate torque.
Cabling and Tubing
Inspect all cabling and tubing.
l
Examine the pneumatic tubing for signsof wear, tear, cracking, crushing or bending.
l
Verify that the pneumatic tubing isfirmly attached to the cable clipsand curler, and, in turn, to the robot arm.
l
Examine the cable ties, cable clipsand curler for signsof wear, tear or cracking.
l
Examine the cables and wires for signs of wear, damage or pinching.
l
Examine the sheath of cablesand wires for signsof tear or cracking.
