What to do if ROBOTIQ AX10 robot comes to a protective stop after palletizing a few layers?
    • M
      millerwillieAug 13, 2025
If your ROBOTIQ Robotics robot comes to a protective stop after palletizing a few layers, it may be caused by a collision between the gripped box and a box already on the pallet. This can happen due to a minor palletizing error carried over from previous layers. To resolve this, increase the box height value to compensate for box size discrepancies. A good practice to determine box height is to measure the height of a full pallet (boxes only) and divide it by the number of layers on the pallet.

Why ROBOTIQ AX10 Robotics robot drops boxes from great heights?
    • S
      Stephen AustinAug 19, 2025
If your ROBOTIQ Robotics robot is dropping boxes from great heights, there are a few potential causes. It could be due to a minor palletizing error carried over from previous layers, so try decreasing the box height value. Another reason could be an incorrect TCP, so confirm the TCP is located above the box at the picking position. Finally, the pallet height value might be too low, so increase the pallet height value.

What to do if protective stop triggered by ROBOTIQ AX10 Robotics robot placing a box on first layer?
    • M
      michaeldavisAug 26, 2025
If a protective stop is triggered when your ROBOTIQ Robotics robot places a box on the first layer, it could be because the box height value is too high, so verify the box height value. Alternatively, the pallet height value might be too high, so verify the pallet height value. Finally, the TCP might be incorrect, so confirm that the TCP has been set correctly.

How to fix inconsistent box positioning with ROBOTIQ AX10 Robotics?
    • S
      Sarah MirandaAug 31, 2025
If you are experiencing inconsistent box positioning with your ROBOTIQ Robotics system, it may be due to an unstable picking position. To resolve this, ensure that the stop on the conveyor consistently positions the boxes correctly.

What to do if ROBOTIQ AX10 robot collides with palletized box?
    • R
      Raymond NealNov 6, 2025
If your ROBOTIQ Robotics robot collides with a palletized box, it could be due to several reasons. A collision might occur between the gripped box and another box on the pallet because of a minor palletizing error. To fix this, increase the box height value to compensate for box size discrepancies. To properly determine box height, measure the height of a full pallet (boxes only) and divide it by the number of layers. Another cause might be that one or several faces of the box are rounded, in which case you should increase the box width and/or box length value. Also, the pallet viewer might not display the actual pallet state, so inspect the Pallet viewer at program start and confirm the virtual layout matches the actual layout. Finally, the pallet height value might be too high, so try de...
