  If your ROBOTIQ Robotics screws are not being picked properly, ensure you're using the correct screwdriving bit and the corresponding vacuum sleeve. A different sleeve might be more suitable for your specific application. Also, verify that the vacuum coupler is adjusted to hold the screw appropriately against the vacuum sleeve. Finally, confirm that the picking position is aligned and at a perfect 90-degree angle perpendicular to the Screwdriver and screw driving bit. You can orient the device using the ActiveDrive feature.

  A solid blue and red (purple) light on your ROBOTIQ Robotics device indicates that it's either going through its power-on sequence (which should take no more than 2 seconds) or that the device is unable to load the firmware program. In this case upgrade the Screwdriver’s firmware.

Check for any screw blockages around the reclaiming wheel and singulator, as screws may have fallen into unwanted positions. 2. Too many screws in the Screw Feeder can cause motor blockage. 3. Review the adjustments of the Screw Feeder; for instance, a brush adjustment set too low can cause motor blockage.
