8.2.Robotiq Screw Feeder
Caution
Alwaysturn off the Screw Feeder and unplug the power cord from the outlet before performing any maintenance
operation.
Caution
Maintenance operator must be grounded to prevent electrostatic discharge, which could damage the Screw Feeder’s
electronic components.

Caution
Do not spray water or other liquidsdirectly on or in the product.
1. Using a dry or slightly damp lint-free cloth, clean all exterior surfaces and all chamber surfaces; in order to remove all dust,
dirt and debris, it may be necessary to empty the Screw Feeder’s chamber and rail, following the changeover procedure in
the Emptying the Screw Feeder section.
2. Inspect the Screw Feeder and pay attention to visible damage or excessive wear.
3. Check the proper reliability and function of the adjustment knobs; if necessary add lubricant according to the Lubrication
section.
