9.Warranty
Robotiq coversthe Robotiq Palletizing Solution and all its components against defectsin material and workmanship for a period
of one year from the date of reception when utilized asintended. Robotiq also warrants that this equipment will meet applicable
specificationsunder normal use.
WARNING
The warranty applies under the following conditions:
l
Usage ismade in accordance with the operating and storage conditions specified in the
Environmental and Operating Conditionssection.
l
The product and all its componentshave been properly installed asspecified in the Installation
section and following subsections.
l
Maintenance isperformed in accordance with the conditions specified in the Maintenance
section.
l
Usage complieswith the recommended payload, force, acceleration and speed valuesspecified
in the Mechanical Specificationssection.
The warranty will come to an end when one of the following conditions is reached, whichever
comes first:
l
1 year
l
2 000 000 cycles (boxesor objects manipulated, PowerPick20 only)
During the warranty period, Robotiq will repair or replace any defective component of the Palletizing Solution, as well as verify and
adjust the component free of charge if the equipment should need to be repaired or if the original adjustment iserroneous. If the
component issent back for verification during the warranty period and found to meet all published specifications and to work as
intended, Robotiq will charge standard verification fees.
The component is considered defective when at least one of the following conditions occurs:
l
The component feedback necessary for the proper functioning of the robot program isnot accessible.
l
The component cannot be controlled from the robot teach pendant.
