Error/Display Description/Solution
Error: Test strip is
unusable
The test strip has already been used or is dirty.
Solution
■ Remove and discard the strip. Repeat the test using a new test
strip.
Error: Temperature
The meter is too hot or cold, or the ambient temperature does not
fall within the acceptable range for the selected test
Solution
■ Move the meter to an environment which has an appropriate
temperature and repeat the test after several minutes. Do not
artifically heat or cool the meter by any means.
Error: Flap open
(after meter has been
powered on)
The measurement chamber flap is not closed properly.
Solution
■ Close the measurement chamber flap.
Error: Flap open (during
measurement)
The measurement chamber flap is not closed properly.
Solution
■ Close the measurement chamber flap.
