The CoaguChek Pro II system complies with FCC radia-
tion exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environ-
ment. This equipment should be installed and operated
with minimum distance of 20 cm (8 inches) between the
radiator and your body.
This transmitter must not be co-located or operated in
conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
Changes or modifications made to this equipment not
expressly approved by Roche Diagnostics may void the
FCC authorization to operate this equipment.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and
with RSS-210 of Industry Canada. Operation is subject to
the following two conditions:
(1) this device may not cause harmful interference,
and
(2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired opera-
tion.
