4 Using the keypad displayed on the screen, enter the
Admin. ID of choice. The ID can consist of up to 20
characters.
5 Use to switch to input of numbers.
6 Use to switch back to input of text.
7 Use to backspace and correct a mistake.
8 Touch to save this setting, or touch to exit
this menu without saving any changes. The display
automatically returns to the previous screen.
9 Enter the Admin. ID again (the keypad is automati-
cally displayed again on the screen) to confirm the
first entry.
10 Touch to save this entry, (the Admin. ID is now
set), or touch to exit this menu, the Admin. ID is
not set and is therefore still inactive.
The display automatically returns to the ID Setup menu.
After you exit the Setup Menu, only an authenticated
administrator may further edit the setup areas as listed
before (see page 72).
Pay close attention to the buttons you press, because
the characters are not displayed on the screen. Aster-
isks are displayed instead (as if entering a password on
a computer).
