Connecting the External Connection box to Rotem's controllers using
RS-485 Card

The cable between the external connection box and the controllers should be a 2-wire
shielded cable.
This cable is daisy-chained to all controllers and to exrternal connection box as
follows:
Connect the shield to the COM terminal of the controller on one side and leave
unconnected on the other side.
Red wire to terminal A of the controller and terminal A of the external
connection box.
Green wire to terminal B of the controller and terminal B of the external
connection box.
