Troubleshooting
Check the signal according to the following; The modem has to be placed in a
way that ensures sufficient signal strength. To improve signal strength, the
antenna can be moved to another position. Signal strength may depend on how
close the modem is to a radio base station. You must ensure that the location, at
which you intend to use the modem, is within the network coverage area

Troubleshooting
If the strength does not exist,
1. Check the baud rate and the channel address and config. the address.
2. Improve the antenna's location.
The modem has to be placed in a way that ensures sufficient signal strength. To
improve signal strength, the antenna can be moved to another position. Signal strength
may depend on how close the modem is to a radio base station. You must ensure that
the location, at which you intend to use the modem, is within the network coverage
area.
Do reboot by unplugging the power
If the signal does not improve, insert the SIM to the phone and check the signal.
If the signal is weak, go to the provider.
If the signal is ok, change the module.
If no signal exists:
1. Check antenna connection
2. Check the connection to the module (GSM).
Check the strength.
If it is weak, improve the antenna location.
Make sure that the baud rate attached to the unit matches the one connected to the
RF.
3. Check RF card configuration according to the following; baud rate and channel
(refer to Appendix B). Try to change baud rate and channels in both sides
respectively.
