6.5.8 Continuous Range Request >LM,Mt,x*<CS><CR>
This command initiates a range request with predefined repetition rate.
The parameter x can take the following values:
 x=0  Continuous range STOP.
 x=1  Repetition rate of 0.5 Hz.
 x=2  Repetition rate of 1 Hz.
 x=3  Repetition rate of 3 Hz.
 x=4  Repetition rate of 5 Hz.
 x=5  Repetition rate of 10 Hz.
