•Diagnostics>Adjustment>ScanAreaAdjustment>ManualAdjustment
PurposeTocorrectimagepositionandmagnicationofscannedimagesmanually.Thisfunctionisusedwhen
aresultofautomaticadjustmentdoesnotsatisfytheexpectation.
OperationProcedure
1)Chooseoneitemfromthetable.Therearethreeitemstochoose.
•ImagePosition-LeadingEdge
•ImagePosition-SideEdge
•Magnication-V erticalDirection
2)Selectoneitemandpressthe“Edit”button.
3)Changetheadjustmentvaluewitharrowbutton.
4)ImagePosition(a,b):Ifthecurrentvalueissmallerthanthespecication,press“+”.
Otherwise,press“-”.
5)Magnication(c):Ifthecurrentvalueissmallerthanthespecication,press“-”.Otherwise,
press“+”.
6)Pressthe“OK”buttontoapplythenewvaluetothesystem.
NOTE
ThevalueofmagnicationadjustmentneedstobecalculatedbasedonA3size,420mm((190mm+
10mm*2)*2)iftheusedScannerA/SChartisA4size.
Verication
1)ScantheScannerA/SChartandsendittoaPC.Scanningmustbeoccurfromthescanglass.
2)Tochecktheimageposition,comparethepositionofscalemarks(a,b)ofthecharttothe
copy.
3)Tocheckthemagnication,comparethelengthofline“c”ofthecharttothecopy.
