All actions are always run in the order they are enumerated in the setpoint
specification.
Each action can be run by either setpoint, and can be repeated up to four times
within each setpoint. The exception concerns to the logging actions directed to the
same target. Event logging on setpoint operation will be made once per setpoint,
disregarding of the number of actions specified. Data logging and waveform logging
directed to the same memory partition will be made once for the first setpoint among
those that specify the same action.
All actions, except operating relay, are run immediately with operating a setpoint.
Relay output operation is the only action that allowed to be shared by multiple
