Use this function to enable or
disable the Signal Silence
operation on the panel.

By default all the initiating
circuits configured as
waterflow or sprinkler act as
non-verified alarms. If
enabled, a retard operation is
performed for initiating circuits
configured as waterflow or
sprinkler.
