number (Desk) which will be assigned when you press the MICRO key:
You can manually change the booth number and the desk number on
the interpreter console (see “Manually assigning an interpreter console
an individual booth number” on page 90 and “Manually assigning an
interpreter console an individual desk number (interpreter console
number)” on page 91 of the SDC 8000 system manual).
왘 Start initializing the interpreter consoles by pressing the MICRO key of
interpreter console 1 in booth 1, continue by pressing the MICRO key of
interpreter console 2 in booth 1, and so on.
The signal light ring of the corresponding interpreter console goes off.
왘 After you have pressed the MICRO key on all interpreter consoles, click
the “Stop Init” button in the palette.
왘 In the palette, click the “Exit” button.
Your interpretation system is now ready for operation.
To initialize newly added interpreter consoles:
왘 Click the “Add Unit” button.
The signal light rings on all interpreter consoles start flashing.
왘 One after the other, initialize the newly added interpreter consoles by
pressing their MICRO key.
The signal light ring of the corresponding interpreter console goes off.
왘 After you have pressed the MICRO key on all interpreter consoles, click
the “Stop Init” button in the palette.
왘 In the palette, click the “Exit” button.
Your interpretation system is now ready for operation.
