ADVANCED TRANSMISSION METHODS
Set a file name for forwarding received data
Select the checkboxes of items used for the file name.
Items Serial Number, Sender Name, Date & Time, Session Page Counter, Unique Identifier, and Characters are
assigned to the file name in this order.
To add a desired text string, select the "Characters" checkbox and enter the string in "Preset of Character" using up
to 64 characters.

In the menu frame, click [Inbound
Routing Settings].

Select the item to be used as the file
name in "File Name Setting".

Click the [Submit] button.
Setting whether to print the transaction report
Select whether to print the transaction report when forwarding received data.

In the menu frame, click [Inbound
Routing Settings].

Specify the print condition in
"Transaction Report Print Select
Setting".

Click the [Submit] button.
Item Setting (Default) Description
Serial Number Not selected Selecting this checkbox adds the unit serial number to the file
name.
Sender Name Selected Selecting this checkbox adds the sender name to the file name.
Date & Time Selected Selecting this checkbox adds the date and time to the file name.
Session Page
Counter
Not selected Selecting this checkbox adds the counter to the file name.
Unique Identifier Not selected Selecting this checkbox adds the unique identifier to the file
name.
Characters Not selected To add a character string to the file name, select this checkbox
and enter the text string in "Preset of Character" using up to 64
characters.

- Enter a text string to be used in "Characters" using up to 64
characters.

Select a print style of the transaction report.
