Extruder mode wiring
1) CN-INJ no connection.
2) Shorten pin 2 and pin 3 of J3.
3) CN-Press2 pin 1 is connected to the negative of extruder speed signal
(0~10VDC), and CN-INJ pin 2 is connected to the positive of extruder speed
signal.
