If the temperature is too high in your SICK Analytical Instruments, there are several things you can check. First, check the plug-in connectors. Also, if the cabinet temperature is 55°C or higher, check the cabinet fan and replace the filter pad. If the cabinet temperature is less than 55°C, check the fan of the electronics unit and clean or replace the filter pad. If the enclosure temperature is 55°C or higher, check the cabinet fan and replace the filter pad. If the enclosure temperature is less than 55°C, contact SICK Service. Also, refer to the device documentation to clarify which subassembly is affected. If T is ? 360.7 °C: Check plug-in connectors. When ok: Call SICK Service. If T < 360.7 °C: Call SICK Service. If T ? 151.2 °C: Check plug-in connectors. When ok: Call SICK Service.
