500-8067.9 • INSTALLATION AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS • 8DJH • Revision 05 117/121
Annex
When the load voltage returns, the motor control unit changes over to normal operation,
the operating mechanism is not moved. If the interlocking conditions allow to do so, the
operating mechanism can then be moved to any direction.
If the operating mechanism is in an intermediate position and the interlocking conditions
change in the meantime (e.g. the operating lever is inserted).
If the interlocking conditions allow to do so, electrical movement to the OPEN position is
possible.
23.5 Behavior in case of voltage failure
The failure of the load voltage and/or the control voltage leads to a defined behavior of the
motor control unit. The sequence applies to the voltage failure both in inoperative position
and while moving:
The operating mechanism can no longer be operated electrically, or stops.
The operating mechanism is stopped in faulty position if the voltage failure happened while
moving.
No fault signal is issued.
Manual movement by manual operation is possible.
When the voltage returns:
The operating mechanism must be moved manually to a defined end position if the control
voltage has failed.
Electrical movement to the OPEN position is possible again.
Normal operation is established.
